Tours & Taxis

All of our tour guides are fluent in English, and many have worked with native English speakers including Americans, British, and Australians.

We rarely have groups larger than six people. The maximum group size is listed on the tour page. You will get a solo tour if you are the only one booking for the day.

This does not apply if you booked a solo tour.

If we are notified at least 48 hours before the tour, we will make good-faith efforts to help you reschedule. Despite this, we cannot make any guarantees. In any case, we are unable to process refunds.

Yes, we can pick you up from your hotel lobby anywhere in Bangkok. This is an extra and not included in the tour price (unless stated otherwise).

Yes, we create custom tours every day for many clients. It is important to note that communication and pricing for custom tours is handled via email and a 25% advance payment is required. [email protected]

We are unable to accommodate children younger than 10 years old.

Tours are usually operated rain or shine, but severe weather might cause exceptions. We will notify you by email.

We have contacts with many licensed & professional taxi operators in Thailand. Please email us about your requirement. If it is urgent please prefix your email subject with “urgent”.

Payment & Cancellation

Detailed inclusions and exclusions are listed on each tour page. Each tour is different, so this would vary from tour to tour.

Payments made on the website are non-refundable.

For payments made online, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Stripe) and Paypal. The remaining payment is to be made in cash to the tour guide.

A 25% advance deposit is required for most of our tours. This helps us pre-plan for our customers and create a 5-star experience. 

It is a token of appreciation but never a mandate. If you feel your guide has put in the effort you were looking for and provided excellent service, a tip is a kind gesture that is always appreciated.

Our prices do not include tip money for tour guides.

There are times when emergencies arise, and we understand that. Please send an email at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you. (if you require adjustments)

Note – we do not guarantee any adjustments/rescheduling but we will try our best. We are unable to provide any refunds.
